I recently took part in SMRT an new exciting process with Anne Marie! This lady is amazing & insightful. I felt very comfortable quickly and found the whole process really impactful. With a history of complex trauma, I wanted to work on my dependency on smoking. After 1 session I have halved my smoking and feel more in control. A 2nd session has helped so much, I feel empowered! This technique is powerful and so great that you can continue to use as a tool at home yourself! Highly recommend and felt really supported throughout. Thankyou ❤️

I had a trial session with Anne-Marie using her new technique SMRT. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I can honestly say WOW. It is mind blowing. Anne-Marie takes you back to a memory that is holding you back from your life. I went back to thinking of a childhood memory that caused me fear, anxiety, not wanting to be seen etc. By the end my memory was very faint, I continued the exercise myself after the call and by that evening the memory had literally evaporated. I am now ready to post on my business pages and for me that’s huge.I can’t thank Anne-Marie enough xx

The SMRT course was truly eye-opening and introduced me to a life-changing technique. As someone who tends to be quite critical, my biggest “A-ha!” moment was realising that this method actually worked. It was incredible to discover that I have the power to change my hardwired memories and the associations I have with them. I’d consider SMRT one of the best self-help tool I’ve ever encountered, and I know many others would benefit from this transformative technique.My experience with the Soul Awakening Academy has been nothing but positive. Somatic memory repatterning technique an absolutely amazing & totally mind blowing technique. After just 24hours of practice of the somatic memory repatterning technique the childhood memory had faded & I was able to overcome my fear of heights & actually walk over the Runcorn Bridge without any fear at all. (Something I have never been able to do).Very simple but life changing technique with quick results. Amazing for healing & overcoming them deep rooted fears! I would highly recommend to anyone. I’ve recently completed the Effective Goal Setting Course. It covered all the usual foundational elements of this topic but went into much more detail with more advanced goal-setting techniques, tools and strategies that are not only helpful personally but are a great extension to what I’m already using with clients to help them move forward with their goals.The CPD activities and reflections were really helpful in consolidating my learning and revising the content. A great course if you want to dive deeper into goal-setting. Perfect too for gaining necessary CPD required by my Federation.

I’ve just completed my training as a Master Spiritual Life Coach with the Soul Awakening Academy. I was looking for a coaching qualification that really resonated with me and how I wanted to work with my current clients going forward. This course jumped out at me with the variety or content covered.I’m so pleased I went ahead with it. I’ve learnt so much not just in knowledge but about myself along the way too. Taking the time to properly go through the exercises for yourself and then with others ensures you will get the most from the course.Anne Marie and her team are very supportive and I really felt that they cared about your experience with them and how they could support you along the way. The other students were also supportive and we helped each other with practising techniques along the way.Some reviews mentioned the parts of the content are copied and pasted into different modules. There are a couple of areas where this is the case but to be honest that just helps with revising the information and in no way takes away from the amount the is covered throughout.I have had great results with clients and friends during my practice coaching sessions using the methods Anne Marie teaches and can’t wait to integrate this into my therapy practice.Thank you again Anne Marie and Team x

As someone who has completed a few coaching courses and facilitator training with the Soul Awakening Academy – which, by the way, has been life-changing – I’m always eager to explore new techniques. So when Annemarie introduced me to her innovative approach to help me overcome a deep set pain and anxiety, I was immediately intrigued.Before working with Ann-Marie, I carried deep shame and anxiety about my appearance stemming from a childhood eye condition. It affected my confidence and made me afraid to truly be myself. After just ONE session of this emotional rewiring technique, and continuing the work independently, the transformation has been incredible.It felt strange at first, I can’t explain it! One minute I was feeling all the shame, but at the same time, my body was doing the total opposite. I had the posture and body armouring of a shut-down, small child scared of the world, yet the brain and emotions of me standing in full power and control, in my authentic self. Then the next, I’d be thinking the worst, but my body language was expressing the best. It was like my mind and body were finally getting in sync.Memories as far back as age 2 or 3, where those feelings originated, are now blank. It’s like those experiences no longer hold any emotional weight. Initially, during the process, I felt a strange sensation like the room was shrinking around me. But now, I feel unshackled and free. This newfound freedom extends beyond just my self-image; I’m even more confident with public speaking, something I used to dread because of fear of judgment.I’m so grateful to Annemarie for helping me reclaim my life and step into my true power

Thoroughly enjoyed this course even though I have had to stop and start it this year due to changes in my business and family commitments. The team are so helpful and responsive with questions and support. I have reinforced a lot of my previous work and feel very focused on utilising my course outcomes with my new business offer at The Marketing Circle. This offer uses a sister’s circle approach to supporting females in marketing. I feel that this course is so aligned with my offer. I thought the Intro to Spiritual Life Coaching was going to teach me a little more. It is a very basic overview which admittedly gets you thinking on the tasks and reflection but nowhere near enough to start coaching clients but a few methods like GROW are demonstrated for use in your own business or for yourself. At the end of the course it offers a discount for the full Spiritual Life Coach Diploma but I currently can’t afford to buy this. Feel a little bit let down.

I just completed the holistic health and wellness coach diploma. I found this course to be truly exceptional. Having had a deep interest in holistic health for many years, I’ve dedicated much of my free time to learning about and incorporating its principles into my own life. I completed the meditation teacher diploma in 3 months. It was a good course that I could complete at my own pace in the mornings and weekends around my full time job. In addition to learning about different meditation styles there are meditations for you to complete and reflect on. There is also the science behind meditation too. The course is set out in an easy to digest format.

Great course, full of useful information that connects not only the holistic and spiritual practice of meditation but the biological and neurological aspects too. I just finished the intro spiritual life coaching course and i absolutely loved it! I loved that it is self paced so i could do it in between being a mum and it helped me delve deep into my own awakenings. The reflective assignments are amazing and really help you to understand and develop as a coach. highly recommend!

I have just completed my Spiritual life coaching diploma and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience!I really appreciated the “go at your own pace” self study aspect of the course as it enables you to fit the course into your life, meaning I could set time aside to give it my full attention. The course was easy to follow along with, there was a good amount of interactive reflective assignments too which holds you accountable and gives you the opportunity to practice what you’ll preach!One thing that I believe would be helpful would be some examples of coaching session set ups, however this may be included in the longer, more in depth course? I also understand that we will all take different approaches to coaching so this may not be relevant to include… but personally this would have been really appreciated to have in the course!I will still be rating this course 5 stars as i’ve had such a positive experience! would recommend

I have been blown away from day 1 of studying the Soul Awakening Academy diploma in Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching. The course content is incredible. I’m so excited to put all this new powerful learning into my own life and watch the transformations. I have just completed the Holistic Health and Wellness Diploma course, and it was fabulous. It was packed with lots of information and things to reflect upon.It contained modules on Nutrition, Positive Psychology, Understanding Emotions, Neuroscience, Energy Psychology, EFT, Meditation and coaching skills, so it was a lovely varied course that really got me thinking.You can go at your own learning speed which I appreciated, and study when it is convenient for you. I highly recommend this course.

I just finished my Meditation teacher diploma and signed up for the Chakra balancing diploma.It’s been an amazing experience and I’m looking forward to signing up to many other amazing courses and diplomas as I gain more experience with my practice.I was only going to take the Meditation teacher diploma to know how to meditate and to teach my son who struggles with anxiety and depression, but after going through the whole course, I realized that this is way too good not to share.My son looks forward to his Meditation with me and he is doing a lot better, so why do I want to keep it just for me and my family?. I have recently completed the Meditation Teacher training with Soul Awakening Academy. The content was delivered via online platform which I could do at my own pace and fit into my schedule. All material covered was comprehensive and well put together. Along with the training platform, there is also a private FB group in which you can share any reflections with other like minded people who are also taking various courses from Soul Awakening Academy. For me, this was the opportunity to see if my idea of taking this further would suit me and I am now starting to put my ideas into motion. There are a few more courses I will be booking in the near future. If you are sitting on the fence with taking on any online training in the spiritual realm, I would not hesitate to recommend jumping on board with this company.

I finished my Spritual Life Coaching course with the Soul Awakening Academy. I find this course a very good start point if you are looking to approch to more deep practices and follow it is very easy and entice to do more courses.I liked also the side of doing it in your own time and space which allow you to do not feel any pressure for deadline.Thank you Ann-Marie for the opportunity to learn interesting topics and open the mind to different life approching.
