We will reflect on your childhood and life story. This is the start of the inner journey and enables us to look at the emotional patterns and limiting beliefs that started in early childhood and are still playing out so we can do the shadow work necessary to release them for good.

We use the Hero’s Journey by Joseph Campbell to help you overcome any challenges and setbacks so you can follow the path towards obtaining the inner gold that comes with personal transformation. This psychological journey helps you get clear on how to align your life to its full potential and live the life you deserve.

I use Archetypes to help you embody the person you are becoming looking at what makes you different from everyone else, not only in terms of your skills and abilities but also on a deeper energetic level.  And we complete the process with a letting go ritual to purify and release attachements to people, things and beleifs that are holding you back.

By healing the conscious, subconscious, emotional and spiritual realms we will release the layers of old stories and false conditioning that have been holding you back from realising your potential. Deep healing will occur mentally, energetically, and physically.

And by finally let go of limiting beliefs you will be free to manifest incredible life-changing transformations that enable you to become FULLY aligned with who you REALLY are and who your SOUL wants you to become.
