How Chakras Can Balance your Emotions and Heal Your Past
Are you ready to learn how chakras can balance your emotions? When it comes to healing your past and creating the life you dream of, using Chakras is key to the journey. Chakras are energy points connecting our physical and energetic bodies. When our chakras are blocked, our life force energy otherwise know as Qi (Chee), cannot flow freely and can affect us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Sacred Wellness focuses on Chakra Balancing by promoting the free flow of energy, releasing, healing and letting go of stuck emotions and blockages as well as the opportunity for lifestyle & mindset adjustments through self-awareness & reflection.
PHYSICAL BENEFITS OF CHAKRA BALANCING
As Chakras take in the life force energy, they distribute it to our various energetic pathways, organs and endocrine system to maintain optimal health. The Ancients have discussed this invisible energetic system for centuries and it seem that science may finally be catching up! According to this study, the energy taken in by the chakra system is distributed through the nervous system and endocrine glands and is then absorbed by the blood and distributed through the body which is pretty cool huh? It then does an even cooler job by converting that energy to electrical activity and is connected to our normal cellular activity which directly affects our health. In essence, chakras can balance your emotions and heal your past – wellness at it’s finest!
Sacred Wellness can be a way to effectivity connect with the consciousness of stuck emotions and release them without having to re-experience them on a cognitive level.
By letting go of negative emotions stuck in the Chakras you can begin to live life free from stress & anxiety..
If you feel you have unclear boundaries with others then you most likely have a weak Root & Sacral Chakra as these are responsible for your personal identity and your interactions with others. Sacred Wellness will help you work through any issues around empowerment, control or low self-worth.
Depression is a consistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest in normal activities that can not only affect the way you feel but the way you act as well. Balancing the heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras (plus clearing out the energy field in these areas) can help those with depression manage the symptoms.
MENTAL BENEFITS OF CHAKRA BALANCING
Mental health is a serious concern that affects many people these days. Everything from demanding jobs, increasing debt to raising children to unemployment to negative work environments to caring for ageing parents can be thrown into the stress mix.
How does this relate to chakras? Which chakra is related to mental health? Our chakras reflect how we live so, the area of our life that is causing us the most stress and mental health challenge will be reflected in the chakra that is the most unbalanced, damaged, or blocked. So, if you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, here are a few ways chakra balancing can support you.
By clearing the Chakra that relates to clear thinking, trusting your decisions and making healthy choices. The benefits of being able to be in total control of your life are immense. When we’re overwhelmed, clarity goes out the window! Sacred Wellness provide an opportunity to easily clear congestion from the third eye and crown chakras without substantial effort on your part.
By working on the Chakra that governs self-esteem you can increase self-confidence which are both qualities related to our sense of who we are that is held in the solar plexus chakra.
By learning to just ‘BE” we can reset the Chakras that hold emotions, traumas, and past experiences so clearing these out on a subconscious level can promote the ability to rest, relax, and move forward in life.
Insights gained during Sacred Wellness provide awareness and understanding of the behaviour patterns, emotions and habits which can further lead to the ability to make different decisions to better our lives.
The Chakras are the Windows to Your Soul.
They are the interface between the spiritual & physical aspects of self. Each of the seven chakras contain within them the memories of our past experiences.
During our life we may encounter negative, painful or traumatic experiences which disturb our vital energy and unbalance our chakras, causing us to feel out of alignment in our life & relationships.
This is because unhealed memories, or negative energy, can influence the way in which we lead our lives. Instead of being in flow, receptive, intuitive & abundant we feel the opposite. In lack, closed off, lacking direction and feeling unfulfilled.
If, for example, as a child we had a parent who was angry, stressed, busy or absent even unintentionally, as they were always working trying to make ends meet or they were parenting through their own unhealed trauma, this can cause an imbalance in the Root Chakra which oversees our sense of safety, security and our sense of belonging; to become blocked or imbalanced.
As an adult, we may lead a life whereby we are ‘working too hard, focusing on creating a safe, secure environment for ourselves’ which means we are unable to create or maintain a loving relationship; and it can be incredibly difficult to stop behaving this way. This is because our long held memories stored in our subconscious mind are trying to heal our early experience of lack of safety, security and belonging needs. Subconsciously, our mind is telling us that we are ‘not safe without these needs being met’ and the negative beliefs we hold around this just makes us work all the harder, despite us knowing that we are not living the way we would wish.
Why it’s Important to Heal Your Past:
As many people are so aware, until we are able to heal our past, the lasting and far-reaching effects it can have over our lives can see us experiencing a range of negative emotions such as unhealed trauma, negative childhood experiences, loss, separation, shame, abandonment & rejection that suppress us and severely limits us in achieving our true potential.
This learned negative belief system that we build as a result of negative experiences, becomes deeply ingrained in our subconscious brain and not only affects how we interact with others, but also negatively impacts upon how people react to us.
An example of this would be if you had repeatedly been told that you were lazy as a young child. Despite being a hard-working adult, you keep overworking and trying to prove yourself to others in case they too think you are lazy. This can have a massive negative impact on your relationships with family and friends as they must take a ‘back seat’ to your work. Your subconscious believes that you are still the child being told you are lazy, despite you now being a successful adult.

So What are Chakras?
Chakras refer to the Sanskrit word for “wheel” or “disc”. They represent the energetic centers of our body and are sited where the nerve endings meet. These pressure points are where our life force is said to flow through us.
Both Hindu and Buddhist believe that when our Chakras become blocked, it can affect our body mentally, physically and emotionally. The only way that we can clear and prevent future issues, is by maintaining wellness in all Chakras of the body.
The 7 Chakras.
There are 7 main Chakras in the body ranging from our head to the base of our spine. Each has its own unique function, colour, and location. Instead of starting from the top-down, Chakras are numbered in the opposite direction, starting at the base of the spine and ending with the head.
➀ The Root Chakra.
Located at the base of the spine (tail-bone), the root chakra is the first of seven. It’s represented by the colour red and is known to regulate feelings of safety, our sense of instinct and grounding.

➄ Throat Chakra.
The throat chakra is our fifth chakra, and as the name suggests it can be found in the throat. It’s represented by the colour blue, and is responsible for the thyroid gland, feelings of safety, power and the way in which we express ourselves.

- Vision problems (caused by the tension)
- Feelings of being lost
