Module 3 – The Eight Core Components of Mindfulness

Develop awareness of the eight pillars of mindfulness: attention, autonomy, non-judgment, acceptance, goals, compassion, ego awareness, and integration.

Module 4 – Mindfulness in Daily Life

Learn how to apply mindfulness to everyday experiences, including mindful eating, reconnecting with the present moment, and reclaiming control through reflective exercises.

Module 5 – Healing Through Meditation

Explore meditations for emotional healing such as Loving-Kindness, Body Scan, Rocking Chair, and Inner Light meditations. Deepen your reflective practice to encourage compassion and insight.

Module 6 – Mindfulness & Psychology
