2. Refunds & Cancellation
Online courses and programmes may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no course content has been accessed.

Standalone digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.

By accessing any course content or downloading a digital product, you expressly request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel and receive a refund ends, except where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or where other consumer rights apply.

3. Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay all instalments when due. Failure to pay may result in your access being suspended.

Course materials must not be uploaded to AI systems, used to train AI models or recorded without our prior written permission.

7. Lifetime Access
Where lifetime access is advertised, this means access for the commercial lifetime of the product while it continues to be offered by Soul Awakening Academy Ltd.

8. Results & Health Disclaimer
Our courses are educational and personal-development resources. We cannot guarantee individual results and nothing we provide constitutes medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

9. Course Content & Updates
We may update, amend, improve or replace course content, resources, assessments or delivery methods at any time to maintain quality, accuracy, relevance or educational standards.

10. Accreditation
Where a course is accredited, we will use reasonable endeavours to maintain that accreditation. However, accreditation bodies and requirements may change over time.
