Thank you for booking a call - Soul Awakening Academy

I came to the Crystal Healing Diploma, thinking that for the price this would give me a basic understanding. What I actually received was a wealth of information plus additional aspects that I hand't even considered. The fact that ethics ran throughout the programme made me feel this was considered with the practitiioner and client in mind. The lessons were written in easily accessible language and the length was not overwhelming. Reflection on each lesson then overall on the module deepened my understanding. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and would recommend.

Completing the Master Spiritual & Energy Psychology Life Coaching along with Trauma Informed Coaching has not only been an educational experience, but also transformational. This deep training is not to be rushed. It will expose your wounds and allow you to heal them. Then you'll be challenged again, but the end result is worth it. I am so glad I found The Soul Awakening Academy & am about to embark on the SMRT course. I am very excited for the future. Thank you Anne Marie for your support throughout. xx

I came across Anne-Maries training and courses at Soul Awakening Academy a few years back, I followed the account and have always felt a pull towards it.I always found myself coming back to the page...After experiencing my spiritual awakening and having gone through my spiritual journey over the last few years, I finally took the step my soul had always guided me to do...Soul Awakening Academy and Anne-Maries energy and presence online always tugged at me as the universe knew I was supposed to pay attention to it, well I listened and today I officially completed my Diploma in Introduction to Spiritual Life Coaching through Soul Awakening Academy and I couldn't be any prouder of myself and grateful for this experience.I also just want to acknowledge Anne-Maires story and how moved and seen it made me feel and I know many others would feel this way also.Anne-Marie is an inspiration to those who are here to light the way, just like she did.Thank you, Anne-Marie, for giving me the opportunity and final push to help me to step into my purpose fully.

Meditation Teacher Course - I took my time with this course and loved that there was no pressure to have to get it done within a set time frame.I cannot praise this course and it's content enough! Throughout the experience I was challenged in the best way possible, to visit parts of myself I didn't know still existed, it was emotionally cathartic, I learnt so much and the balance between videos and reading was good. I am excited to take forward what I have learnt and to be able to help others is going to be an incredible journey in itself. I highly recommend.

Before my SMRT™ session, I felt like I’d done so much inner work already, but there were still certain emotions and triggers that kept showing up. I could feel myself getting overwhelmed at times and knew there was something deeper underneath. The session with Anne Marie felt safe and natural, but also incredibly powerful ,I felt a real emotional release afterwards.Since the session, I feel lighter, calmer and more aware of my reactions instead of being completely pulled into them. Thoughts that were emotionally charged before feel reduced and almost distant!.If you’re thinking about booking but feel unsure, I’d honestly say go for it. You don’t have to “have it all figured out” before you go in. It felt really supportive, grounding and genuinely helped me shift something I’d been carrying for a long time.

Before my SMRT session with Anne-Marie I had been struggling with emotional eating/binge eating for over twenty years. I had tried other forms of therapy, such as counselling, CBT and EMDR, along with all the usual diets and fitness training plans. but nothing was making a difference. I was having a binge eating episode daily and my body and mind were really suffering. After just one session of SMRT my urge to binge disappeared. The evening after my SMRT session, when I would have usually eaten large amounts of junk food to comfort myself, I found myself just wanting to sit with myself, breathing through any difficult emotions that arose and allowing them to pass through me and be released. I couldn't believe it. What had been a highly ingrained habit for years and years, one that I was almost scared to stop for fear of what emotions would come up, was now gone - and I felt ok, in fact I felt great without it. The post-SMRT care also equipped me with tools to have at hand that I can use whenever those difficult emotions arise, so I no longer need to use comfort eating to bypass these emotions - in fact, I haven't had a binge-eating episode since that first SMRT session!I never could have imagined SMRT would work so well, and I feel so grateful to have found Anne-Marie and taken the leap. I would say if you have been feeling stuck in the same old patterns, habits and behaviours and would like to change, give SMRT a go! Anne-Marie is really lovely and was so warm and welcoming from the start. She is supportive, uplifting and knowledgeable - she explains everything so clearly and goes at your pace, so nothing feels too overwhelming. Her passion for helping others really shows and I felt like she was my cheerleader during the session and rooting for me, which really helped me to give the session my all. I'm so glad I booked my session, it truly has been life-changing and I can't thank Anne-Marie enough!

I recently completed one of the courses and I really enjoyed it. Given my attention span isn't the longest, it was really helpful to have the course split into different modules, and multiple lessons within each module. The only thing I noticed which I didn't like much is there were many repitition throughout the lessons. I noticed that while I was taking notes, that I kept writing down the same things.

This has been an incredible journey not just for our clients but for ourselves too, as we are healing ❤️‍🩹 going through this course, i find I have been more open myself to spirituality & I’ve had the confidence to find a tribe 40 mins from where I live, which I probably wouldn’t have if I hadn’t started this course, as I have been working on myself to be more in alignment, as then I feel like can help my clients more to become a better version of oneself. Also what I loved about this course too, no pressure, as I started off fast & slowed right down again & then yesterday to finally finish it, thank you Anne-Marie for making this course so easy to manoeuvre. This is an awesome course even if you decided you didn’t want to teach, as I feel now I’m more in a blissful state rather than flight of fight , which is so important to my health especially after having brain surgery twice, thanks for giving us the tools to better ourselves & our clients…Thank you to Soul Academy for everything, it’s means the world. I’m looking forward to see where this goes🙏🙏🙏

I’ve just completed my Mindset Success Coach training with Soul Awakening Academy, and overall it’s been a really valuable experience. The framework they teach is clear, well‑structured, and easy to follow, and the content is delivered in a way that never feels overwhelming. I especially appreciated how strongly they emphasise practitioner values and the core concepts you need to begin your journey in this field. The training is also very accessible and affordable, which makes it a great starting point for anyone interested in mindset work or personal development. It definitely leans more toward the spiritual/New Age side of coaching, so it’s ideal for people who resonate with that approach. For me personally, I found it to be an excellent foundation — though I think most people would benefit from bringing some prior knowledge or additional training if they want to feel fully ready to coach professionally right away.Overall, it’s a thoughtful, supportive programme that gives you a solid beginning and a clear sense of direction. I’m grateful for the experience and happy to give it five stars.

Completing the new SMRT Training, it the single best thing I have ever done in my life. Originally I wanted to see if the technique would reduce symptoms of a condition I had experienced for 25 years as I knew my condition was linked to the limiting beliefs I had after experiencing Trauma. It not only reduced symptoms but I don't have the symptoms any more. Im so glad I chose to train in the technique so I can help others who experience the same condition. The training is thorough, but not overwhelming, well planned out in small groups and everyone was so welcoming & respectful of each other. Anne Marie is so personable, her support is second to none, she goes above and beyond after the initial training to ensure you get what you personally need from the training and ensures you are able to fully guide your clients. I cant thank you enough, I will be forever grateful from the bottom of my heart to Anne Marie at Soul Awakening Academy for transforming my life.

I've just graduated from the QHEH practitioner course. I loved doing this course. It is the perfect science meets spirituality explanation and as a career scientist for all my life with a huge interest in spirituality this modality just made perfect sense. The course is modular and self led but is really well structured in the topics of basic Quantum physics, energy fields and connections, chakras the use of divination tools including the pendulum and tarot/oracle. With many videos throughout to learn from, it really brings the course to life and online support from Anne-Marie and her team always available when needed.I am so excited to now be able to offer this modality as a means to help others to free their emotional blockages in their energy fields. The Soul awakening academy is an amazing recommendation and I intend to continue further learning and my development with them.

I completed the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Coach Diploma Course through Soul Awakening Academy and I absolutely loved it!Although I’ve been working as a coach for some time, I felt the need to pause and return to the foundational tools — and this course delivered exactly that. It was text-based with clear, easy-to-follow content, self-paced learning, multiple-choice quizzes, and simple yet powerful homework exercises. The structure made it easy to stay engaged while creating space for personal reflection and growth. What stood out most to me was the sense of grounding I received. Reconnecting with the basics was essential in helping me find myself again — both personally and professionally. I took this course to strengthen my foundation so I can better serve my clients, and it reminded me of how impactful simplicity can be.I’m grateful for the supportive learning environment and the freedom to move at my own pace. I highly recommend this course (and the Academy’s broader offerings) to anyone seeking tools for self-awareness and client support. It’s not only a gift for your own journey, but something that ripples out into the collective as well.

A Truly Transformative Journey of Healing and Growth with Soul Awakening AcademyI am writing this review to express my most sincere and heartfelt gratitude for the truly wonderful and profoundly transformative learning experience I've had with the Soul Awakening Academy. My journey with them began in June 2024, and it has been nothing short of remarkable.I recently completed the following courses:Trauma-Informed Spiritual Coach & FacilitatorSeven Steps to Spiritual AlchemyAwakened Heart HealingIntroduction to Trauma-Informed Relationship Coaching DiplomaMy primary motivation for enrolling was deeply personal. I was seeking knowledge and tools to navigate my own traumas, strengthen my spiritual connection, and release personal blockages that were holding me back. However, the experience I received far exceeded any expectations I might have had. I was completely captivated by the courses from the outset. I was, and continue to be, deeply impressed by the excellent quality of the material, the vast and generously shared knowledge, and the genuine nobility and empathy demonstrated towards every student throughout the programs. The way the content was so impeccably organized and richly detailed truly enriched the entire learning process. For example, the Awakened Heart Healing course was a genuinely transformative path, guiding me into the depths of my being and addressing the chakras that house our deepest memories and emotional scars. Understanding trauma from a coaching perspective, as taught in the Trauma-Informed Spiritual Coach & Facilitator program, was incredibly insightful. It emphasized that while trauma is a universal experience, its manifestations are deeply personal, often interrupting our system's natural ability to process emotions and leaving profound mental and physical imprints. Furthermore, the Seven Steps to Spiritual Alchemy (Facilitator) course masterfully blended coaching techniques, energy healing, and spiritual growth, equipping me not only to enhance my own life but also providing the skills to guide others on their healing and transformation. The consistent encouragement to cultivate a habit of regular reflection has been invaluable, allowing me to examine and reconsider my core beliefs and values in a calm, nurturing, and non-judgmental way, thereby aligning my life more authentically. What began as a journey for personal healing has blossomed into a profound appreciation for the incredible work that Soul Awakening Academy does and, just as importantly, the compassionate and professional way they do it. A very special and heartfelt thank you to Anne-Marie, the Founder of Soul Awakening Academy, and her entire team. From my very first interaction, I felt genuinely welcomed and was attended to with such special care and professionalism by every single one of them. This profoundly positive experience has left me incredibly enthusiastic and eager to continue my learning journey with them. I have now completed 8 of the 10 courses I initially purchased, and I wholeheartedly recommend every single one of them. The quality of the teaching, the depth of learning, the transformative experiences offered, and the empathy embedded within each program are simply exceptional. I am already eagerly preparing to embark on the newly launched courses. Please accept my deepest thanks for the significant and positive impact your courses have had on my life. I am genuinely interested in taking all future courses you offer, as I am passionate about further integrating these valuable teachings for continuous growth and enrichment.I truly hope that this review reaches far and wide, so that communities beyond my own in Brazil, and indeed across the globe, have the opportunity to discover and benefit from the wonderful and life-changing work of Anne-Marie and the Soul Awakening Academy. It is an investment in oneself that yields immeasurable returns. With deepest gratitude, Erica Andreotti

I have just completed the S.M.R.T training course. Wow, this is truly life changing. It has removed at least 75% of pain in my legs, that i have had for the last three years, enabling me to be able to walk without my sticks around the house. I can not wait to start helping others who have been through similar illnesses as myself, just being able to give them the gift of being relatively pain free again is a miracle. So grateful to Anne-Marie for gifting me this course, and now i can help others. Forever grateful.

I've just completed the Meditation Teacher Diploma course and I loved it! Last year I knew I needed to change my job and then I found out I was being made redundant, which was a huge blessing in disguise. This was the perfect opportunity for me to look at my life and career and what I wanted to do etc. Whilst doing this I had a bit of a spiritual awakening and came across Soul Awakening Academy - the universe was definitely pointing me in this direction. As the course is online, I was able to do this in my own time whilst still working full time, which was a great bonus as it meant I didn't need to use any of my annual leave etc to do it. I found the course very informative and enlightening and taught me a lot about myself. It even helped me heal some old wounds and see things from a different perspective. I cannot wait to see where this journey takes me. I would recommend Soul Awakening Academy and will definitely be doing more courses in the future

With a history of complex trauma, I wanted to work on my dependency on smoking. After 1 session I have halved my smoking and feel more in control. A 2nd session has helped so much, I feel empowered! This technique is powerful and so great that you can continue to use as a tool at home yourself! Highly recommend and felt really supported throughout. Thankyou ❤️

I had a trial session with Anne-Marie using her new technique SMRT. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I can honestly say WOW. It is mind blowing. Anne-Marie takes you back to a memory that is holding you back from your life. I went back to thinking of a childhood memory that caused me fear, anxiety, not wanting to be seen etc. By the end my memory was very faint, I continued the exercise myself after the call and by that evening the memory had literally evaporated. I am now ready to post on my business pages and for me that’s huge.I can’t thank Anne-Marie enough xx

The SMRT course was truly eye-opening and introduced me to a life-changing technique. As someone who tends to be quite critical, my biggest "A-ha!" moment was realising that this method actually worked. It was incredible to discover that I have the power to change my hardwired memories and the associations I have with them. I’d consider SMRT one of the best self-help tool I’ve ever encountered, and I know many others would benefit from this transformative technique. My experience with the Soul Awakening Academy has been nothing but positive. The courses are exceptionally detailed and in-depth, and the support from Anne-marie and the community has been invaluable. I highly recommend the Soul Awakening Academy to anyone looking for deep personal growth and lasting change.

Somatic memory repatterning technique an absolutely amazing & totally mind blowing technique. After just 24hours of practice of the somatic memory repatterning technique the childhood memory had faded & I was able to overcome my fear of heights & actually walk over the Runcorn Bridge without any fear at all. (Something I have never been able to do).Very simple but life changing technique with quick results. Amazing for healing & overcoming them deep rooted fears! I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Anne-Marie

I've recently completed the Effective Goal Setting Course. It covered all the usual foundational elements of this topic but went into much more detail with more advanced goal-setting techniques, tools and strategies that are not only helpful personally but are a great extension to what I'm already using with clients to help them move forward with their goals. The CPD activities and reflections were really helpful in consolidating my learning and revising the content. A great course if you want to dive deeper into goal-setting. Perfect too for gaining necessary CPD required by my Federation.

I recently completed the Transformational Life Coach Diploma with The Soul Academy, and it was a truly life-changing experience. The program is thoughtfully designed, combining practical coaching techniques with profound spiritual insights that equip you to guide others through meaningful transformation. One of the standout elements for me was the Chakra Coaching modules. It provided an in-depth understanding of how the energy centers influence our emotional, physical, and mental well-being. The techniques for aligning and balancing chakras were simple yet incredibly effective, offering powerful tools to help clients address blockages and achieve harmony in their lives. The meditations were another highlight of the course. They weren’t just relaxing; they were deeply transformative, fostering self-awareness and clarity. Each meditation aligned beautifully with the chakra work, helping me cultivate a deeper connection to my inner self while learning how to guide others in their journeys.Overall, the diploma program gave me the confidence and skills to facilitate transformational coaching while also fostering my own personal growth. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to elevate their coaching practice or embark on a journey of spiritual and professional expansion.

I have been studying the Introduction to Spiritual Life Diploma with the Soul Awakening Academy.I have been on my spiritual awakening journey for about two years and thought I had a lot of it sussed until I started this course. The course has encouraged me to visit aspects of myself that I didn't know existed, and on reflection realise that this was absolutely necessary to be a thorough, knowledgeable and effective coach.Highly recommended, I have already enrolled for further courses with the Soul Awakening Academy and I am very excited for the future.

I've just completed my training as a Master Spiritual Life Coach with the Soul Awakening Academy. I was looking for a coaching qualification that really resonated with me and how I wanted to work with my current clients going forward. This course jumped out at me with the variety or content covered.I'm so pleased I went ahead with it. I've learnt so much not just in knowledge but about myself along the way too. Taking the time to properly go through the exercises for yourself and then with others ensures you will get the most from the course.Anne Marie and her team are very supportive and I really felt that they cared about your experience with them and how they could support you along the way. The other students were also supportive and we helped each other with practising techniques along the way. Some reviews mentioned the parts of the content are copied and pasted into different modules. There are a couple of areas where this is the case but to be honest that just helps with revising the information and in no way takes away from the amount the is covered throughout.I have had great results with clients and friends during my practice coaching sessions using the methods Anne Marie teaches and can't wait to integrate this into my therapy practice.Thank you again Anne Marie and Team x

As someone who has completed a few coaching courses and facilitator training with the Soul Awakening Academy – which, by the way, has been life-changing – I'm always eager to explore new techniques. So when Annemarie introduced me to her innovative approach to help me overcome a deep set pain and anxiety, I was immediately intrigued. Before working with Ann-Marie, I carried deep shame and anxiety about my appearance stemming from a childhood eye condition. It affected my confidence and made me afraid to truly be myself. After just ONE session of this emotional rewiring technique, and continuing the work independently, the transformation has been incredible. It felt strange at first, I can't explain it! One minute I was feeling all the shame, but at the same time, my body was doing the total opposite. I had the posture and body armouring of a shut-down, small child scared of the world, yet the brain and emotions of me standing in full power and control, in my authentic self. Then the next, I'd be thinking the worst, but my body language was expressing the best. It was like my mind and body were finally getting in sync.Memories as far back as age 2 or 3, where those feelings originated, are now blank. It's like those experiences no longer hold any emotional weight. Initially, during the process, I felt a strange sensation like the room was shrinking around me. But now, I feel unshackled and free. This newfound freedom extends beyond just my self-image; I'm even more confident with public speaking, something I used to dread because of fear of judgment.I'm so grateful to Annemarie for helping me reclaim my life and step into my true power

Thoroughly enjoyed this course even though I have had to stop and start it this year due to changes in my business and family commitments. The team are so helpful and responsive with questions and support. I have reinforced a lot of my previous work and feel very focused on utilising my course outcomes with my new business offer at The Marketing Circle. This offer uses a sister's circle approach to supporting females in marketing. I feel that this course is so aligned with my offer. Thanks to everyone for their help and support in getting here as I hadn't even thought about this business when I initially signed up, and now it is in full flow! The Facebook group is very engaging and has inspired me to do the same for my business.
