What Happens in a Chakra Balancing Session?

A chakra balancing session is a calm, guided practice where a practitioner works with the body’s seven energy centres. You usually begin with a short chat about your intentions, then relax with slow breathing while the practitioner uses techniques such as near-body work, guided visualisation, crystals, or sound bowls. Most sessions last 60 to 80 minutes, and many people feel calm, relaxed, and more centred afterwards. There is no scientific evidence that chakras exist, so treat it as a complementary relaxation practice, not medical treatment.
What Does an Energy Healing Session Feel Like?

An energy healing session usually feels deeply relaxing. Most people lie fully clothed while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body. Common sensations include warmth, tingling, heaviness, or calm, and some people feel emotional or sleepy. Others feel nothing at all, which is normal. Experiences are very personal and can vary between practitioners and sessions. Research has not clearly shown that energy healing treats any health condition, so it works best as a complementary relaxation practice alongside, never instead of, medical care.
What Is Energy Psychology in Coaching?

Energy psychology in coaching blends coaching conversations with body-based techniques, such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), where clients tap acupressure points while focusing on a stressful thought or limiting belief. Coaches use it to help clients calm emotional reactions and move past mental blocks toward their goals. It is a complementary self-development tool, not a medical treatment, so coaches must stay within their scope and refer clients to licensed professionals when needed. Research is promising but still debated, which makes ethical, accredited training essential for any practising coach.
