The Meditation Teacher Course begins by broadening your knowledge of the types of meditation that exist, from the well-known, such as Zen and mindfulness, to the niche, such as Chakra meditation and guided visualisations and affirmations.
This in-depth knowledge of meditation types will be invaluable as you learn to teach meditation, including the physical, mental, emotional and practical. You will learn the importance of correct posture, breathing techniques and dealing with symptoms such as restlessness and frustration. Discover the practical considerations of teaching meditation and structuring your sessions.

Obviously, the more time you are able to commit to the programme, the quicker you will be able to get your business off the ground, but everyone has different schedules. On average students take approximately 3 – 6 months to complete their certification.
Throughout the course, you will need to complete the reflective assignments and any mini quizzes along the way to help you embed the knowledge. It isn’t something to worry about, as you will have lots of support throughout the programme to help you feel confident with the process. You also get the opportunity to connect with other students.

We believe the best way to build your confidence as a coach or healing practitioner is to PRACTISE, so you feel equipped and confident to work with paying clients as soon as possible. As you are training and developing your skills, you may decide to offer smaller/one-off sessions to your audience. Many of our students feel confident to offer this in as little as one month into their training. But, it’s entirely up to you and what you feel ready for!.
